1. Who operates this website

2. Information we handle

When you submit an inquiry, we handle the name, work email address, company name, business message and referral source you provide. Fields marked with an asterisk are required by the form. You may also contact us directly by email or telephone. Please do not include identity documents, payment-card details or sensitive personal information unrelated to your inquiry.

To serve pages, transmit data and protect the service, the server also processes connection IP addresses, request times, requested addresses and necessary error information. The inquiry endpoint temporarily uses IP addresses and request counts in server memory for basic rate limiting. It does not write inquiry content to a website database.

3. Why we use the information

We use the information to answer questions, understand purchasing requirements, prepare quotations, communicate about your inquiry and protect the website and email service. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. This website has no automatic marketing-subscription feature.

4. Email services, recipients and locations

Inquiries are delivered to our company mailbox through the email service we use. Email providers process information needed for transmission, storage and security. Company personnel responsible for replying to business inquiries may access the relevant information.

The website is intended to be hosted on a server in Los Angeles, United States, with business inquiries handled by company personnel in China. The processing locations used by the email provider depend on the service actually enabled. Contact us for the provider and locations relevant to your information.

We do not sell inquiry information through this website or use it for third-party advertising profiles. Disclosures required by law or necessary to address security incidents will be handled under applicable requirements.

5. Cookies and analytics

The current website does not set login, shopping-cart, advertising or analytics cookies. It does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising trackers, external font services or embedded social-platform components. Fonts and images are served by this website. Standard browser caching of static files may occur.

If we introduce analytics, advertising or other tools that change how personal information is handled, we will update this notice and provide choices where required by applicable rules.

6. Retention

Inquiry emails and subsequent correspondence are retained in the company email service according to the needs of responding, quoting, related business communication and necessary record keeping. Retention depends on whether correspondence has concluded, whether a business relationship follows and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.

Website rate-limit records are temporary in-memory records. The current rate-limit window is ten minutes; expired records are cleaned up on subsequent requests. This window is not the email-retention period. The server or email provider may maintain necessary security logs, whose retention depends on actual deployment and service settings.

7. Requests concerning your information

You may email us to request information about, access to, correction of or deletion of your inquiry information, or to request restrictions or object to a particular use. We will consider identity verification, the circumstances and applicable rules. Necessary business or legally required records may need to be retained.

Please identify the email address used for your inquiry, the request you wish to make and information that helps us locate the correspondence. Do not send unnecessary identification documents. Where applicable rules give you a right to complain to a supervisory authority, you may also use that channel.

8. Security and updates

The deployment configuration uses HTTPS. The inquiry endpoint implements input validation, same-origin restrictions and basic rate limiting. Email-service credentials are not published as website files. We apply safeguards appropriate to the information and its use, although internet and email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We will update this notice and its revision date when website features, providers or information-handling arrangements change.
